Calibration = Peace of Mind. Infrequent calibration of sensors will impair the accuracy of gas detection readings, and possibly result in the failure to detect gas leaks – resulting in an unprotected zone. Sensidyne's laboratory is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, and our factory's quality management system (QMS) is certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Our Sensor Exchange Program delivers a fresh, factory-calibrated spare sensor to the customer’s plant or facility, allowing the customer to perform a HOT SWAP in the field, replacing sensors in use. This Transportable Calibration capability is enabled by our advanced Smart Sensor attributes in the combustible, oxygen, and toxic Plus Series sensors deployed in our SensAlert Plus/ASI and SensAlarm Plus transmitters.
